ShawCo Ventures, doing business as Shaw Energy ("Shaw Energy," "we," "us"), respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Information you give us: your name, contact details, résumé, work history, and anything you share by phone, email or text.
- Information from calls: calls with our team or our automated AI phone assistant may be recorded and transcribed to support your search or hiring need.
- Professional information: publicly available professional details, such as job titles and employers, used to identify candidates and hiring contacts.
- Website data: basic technical data such as browser type and pages visited.
How we use it
- To match candidates with opportunities and help companies hire
- To contact you about meetings, searches and roles you have discussed with us
- To keep accurate records and meet legal obligations
We never send a candidate's résumé to an employer without speaking with the candidate first.
Sharing
We share information only with clients and candidates as part of a search you have agreed to, with service providers who help us run our business (such as our CRM, email and phone systems), and when required by law. We do not sell personal information.
Text Messaging (SMS)
If you agree to receive text messages from Shaw Energy, we use your mobile number only to send messages about your meetings and conversations with our recruiting team. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. Your choices
You can ask us to update or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, by emailing questions@shawcv.com or calling (281) 381-2703.
