Steve Garza
Founder & Managing Partner
Steve founded Shaw Energy after more than 20 years in personnel services, a career spent almost entirely in two industries: oil and gas, and hospitality.
He leads executive and professional searches across oil, gas and energy, including CEO, CFO and COO placements for private equity–backed platforms in the critical window after a deal closes.
